a mixed stay with some issues
elevator absence closed restaurant
the hotel staff were friendly and helpful .
I found the lack of an elevator very inconvenient, especially with luggage. the restaurant situation was also disappointing. I wanted dinner, but the waiter said it was closed because he was working alone. this left me with limited options as other restaurants were far away and required a taxi.

slow service no elevator
The bar service was REALLY slow. I waited ages to get a drink. There weren't enough staff to handle the number of guests wanting to order. the lack of an elevator was a HUGE inconvenience. I struggled with my luggage up the stairs and it was not fun AT ALL.
